Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
- Balls
- Cones for defining zones
Setup
- Area: 30x40 yard area divided into three equal zones (A, B, C) using cones
- Team Blue: 4 blue outfield players, two positioned inside Zone A and two positioned inside Zone C, each attacking their respective zone
- Team Red: 1 red outfield player starting inside Zone B, ready to move into Zone A or Zone C to intercept passes
- Equipment: cones marking the boundaries of the 30x40 area and the two internal zone dividers; 1 ball placed in Zone A.
Instructions
- Team in Zone A starts, completes three passes, then passes to Zone C.
- Team in Zone C repeats the process, passing back to Zone A.
- Team in Zone B sends one player to intercept the pass back from Zone C to Zone A and can intercept within Zone B or in either Zone A or C as well as in between zones.
- Teams score by successfully passing to opposite zones without interception.
- Rotate teams: defenders swap with an attacking team after a set time or interception.
