- Balls
Setup
- Area: Just outside the 18-yard box, no bounded area marked with cones.
- Goals: One full-size goal at the end of the box being attacked.
- Group: 3 red outfield players start just outside the 18-yard box, Player 1 centrally in possession of the ball, Player 2 positioned off to one side as the first passing option, and Player 3 positioned wide ready to make a run into the box.
- Group GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the goal being attacked.
Instructions
- Player 1 passes to Player 2, then receives the ball back immediately.
- Player 1 passes the ball into the path of Player 3, who makes a timed run into the box.
- Player 3 attempts to finish with a shot on goal.
- Repeat the sequence and rotate player positions regularly.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Introduce a passive defender to increase pressure on passes.
2. Reduce the space for Player 1 to operate, requiring quicker decision-making.
Make it easier:
1. Remove the goalkeeper to focus purely on the passing and shooting sequence.
2. Increase the size of the goal area to provide a larger finishing target for Player 3.
