Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones (to mark a 30x30 yard area)
  • Two goals (placed back to back)
  • Multiple balls (for quick restarts)
Setup
  1. Area: 30x30 yard area marked with cones
  2. Goals: Two small goals placed back to back in the center of the area, 5 yards apart
  3. Team Red: 4 red outfield players start spaced evenly across the area, defending one of the central goals
  4. Team Red GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the red team's goal
  5. Team Blue: 4 blue outfield players start spaced evenly across the area, defending the other central goal
  6. Team Blue GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the blue team's goal
  7. Equipment: 4 cones marking the corners of the 30x30 yard area, two goals set back to back 5 yards apart in the center, multiple balls scattered around the playing area for quick restarts
Instructions
  1. Teams aim to score in the opposing goal while maintaining possession across the whole field.
  2. After a goal, the scoring team retains possession and restarts with their goalkeeper.
  3. Substitute throw-ins with immediate pass-ins when the ball exits play.

  • Communicate effectively with teammates.
  • Maintain good angles and distances for support.
  • Demonstrate a solid first touch.
  • Keep your head up for awareness.
  • Deliver precise passes with timing and disguise.
  • Select the right passing technique for the situation.

  • Make intelligent forward runs.
  • Defend by winning the ball quickly and counterattacking.
  • Quick finishing is crucial.
Variations
Make it harder:
1. Increase the playing area to intensify physical demands.
2. Implement a touch limit for added technical challenge.
Make it easier:
1. Reduce the playing area to simplify decision-making.
2. Allow an extra player for overloads, aiding weaker teams.
3. Permit goalkeepers more flexibility to aid in creating better angles and passes.
