Equipment
- Cones to define the 20x20 yard area
- 1 soccer ball for Team A
- 2 balls for Team B
Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
- Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts inside the area with the soccer ball, playing keep ball with feet
- Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts inside the area holding two balls for hand passing
- Equipment: Cones marking the 20x20 yard area, 1 soccer ball for Team Red, 2 balls for Team Blue
Instructions
- Team A maintains possession by foot within the area, aiming to avoid Team B's balls.
- Team B tries to throw their ball to hit the soccer ball.
- Players must release the ball within three seconds of possession.
- Upon a successful hit of the soccer ball by Team B, teams switch roles.
Coaching Points
- Encourage constant communication among teammates.
- Focus on precise passing and receiving techniques.
- Keep movement fluid and anticipate the next pass.
- Maintain high intensity to raise heart rate.
- Monitor players' first touch and body language.

Variations
Make it harder:

2. Restrict Team B to using just one ball.
3. Use a smaller 15x15 yard area.
