Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Six orange cones
  • Two soccer balls
  • Flat, open space to mark a 15x15 yard area
Setup
  1. Area: 15x15 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 6 players positioned one at each of six cones, two at the bottom corners, two at the middle of the square, and two at the top corners
  3. Equipment: 6 orange cones marking the two bottom corner positions, two middle positions, and two top corner positions of the 15x15 yard area, 2 soccer balls starting with the two bottom cone players
Instructions
  1. Bottom players pass diagonally to their respective middle players.
  2. Middle players receive on their back foot, turn, and pass to the top corner player.
  3. Top corner players dribble the ball back to the starting position at the bottom cone.
  4. Players rotate positions by following their pass, maintaining continuous movement.
  5. Restart the sequence immediately after the corner players arrive at the starting position.

  • Quick transitions and movement into spaces
  • Utilize angles efficiently during turns

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the playing area to 12x12 yards for quicker reactions.
2. Add a defender in the middle to add pressure.
3. Limit the number of touches each player can take.
Make it easier:
1. Increase playing area to 18x18 yards for more space.
2. Allow players to take extra touches to control the ball.
3. Remove rotation and keep players in fixed positions.
