Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
- Balls
- Cones (to mark the perimeter and scoring line)
Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
- Goals: One scoring line marked with cones on one side of the area (no goals)
- Team Red: 2 red outfield players start on one side of the area with a ball
- Team Blue: 2 blue outfield players start on the opposite side of the area with a ball
- Equipment: Cones marking the perimeter, cones marking the scoring line on one side, 2 balls (one per pair)
Instructions
- A pair starts by passing the ball to the opposing pair across the area.
- The passing pair becomes the defenders, aiming to win back possession.
- The attacking pair aims to stop the ball on the defending line to score.
- If defenders win the ball, roles switch: attackers become defenders and attempt to score on the opposite line.
- Restart the game with the previously attacking team if play stops.
Coaching Points

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the playing area to increase intensity.
2. Limit time for defenders to regain possession.
3. Allow attackers to dribble continuously without stopping.
Make it easier:
1. Expand the playing area to reduce pressure.
2. Allow defenders to have more time to organize.
3. Use a neutral player who can assist the defending team.
