Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones to mark a 25x25 yard area
  • Multiple balls for quick restarts
Setup
  1. Area: 25x25 yard grid marked with cones
  2. Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts inside the grid, plus 2 red target players positioned outside the grid on opposite sides
  3. Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts inside the grid, plus 2 blue target players positioned outside the grid on opposite sides
  4. Equipment: cones marking the 25x25 yard grid, with multiple additional balls placed around the perimeter for quick restarts
Instructions
  1. Teams aim to pass to their respective target players as often as possible.
  2. When a target player receives the ball, they pass to an opposing player and enter the playing area.
  3. The passer replaces the target player outside the grid.
  4. Focus on counter-attacking quickly before the other team reorganizes.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the grid size to increase pressure.
2. Limit touches for quicker decision-making.
3. Add a neutral defender inside the grid.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the grid size for more space.
2. Allow more touches per player.
3. Use neutral players to facilitate play.
