Equipment
- One ball per player
- Cones or markers for the playing area
Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
- Group: 1 player starts inside the area with a ball
- Equipment: 4 cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area
Instructions
- Each player dribbles their ball around the area.
- Call out 'first gear' for slow dribbling, 'second gear' for moderate pace, and 'third gear' for fast dribbling.
- Players must keep the ball close and adjust to the called gear while maintaining control.
