Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • One ball per player
  • Cones or markers for the playing area
Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 1 player starts inside the area with a ball
  3. Equipment: 4 cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area
Instructions
  1. Each player dribbles their ball around the area.
  2. Call out 'first gear' for slow dribbling, 'second gear' for moderate pace, and 'third gear' for fast dribbling.
  3. Players must keep the ball close and adjust to the called gear while maintaining control.
