Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the playing area to increase pressure on quick decision-making.
2. Introduce passive defenders to challenge the players.
3. Incorporate specific turns that players must use.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the size of the playing area to provide more space.
2. Allow players to turn without the immediate need for acceleration.
3. Begin with walking pace dribbling before increasing speed.
