Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones for a 25x25 yard playing area and six 5x5 yard scoring boxes
  • Three balls, adjustable based on player count
Setup
  1. Area: 25x25 yard area marked with cones, containing six 5x5 yard scoring boxes marked with additional cones
  2. Group: 6 players start spaced evenly across the area, moving continuously throughout
  3. Equipment: cones marking the outer 25x25 yard area, cones marking six 5x5 yard scoring boxes inside it, three balls distributed among the players
Instructions
  1. Players with the ball approach a teammate who doesn't have a ball.
  2. Upon reaching proximity, they perform a turn and pass the ball to another free player.
  3. Players should time their runs to enter a scoring box only to receive a pass.
  4. Players are encouraged to apply passive pressure by 'jockeying' others.
  5. The aim is to maintain continuous movement and facilitate fluid passing.
