- Directional cones
- Balls
Setup
- Area: 11x11 yard corridor marked with directional cones
- Group: 3 players start at one end of the corridor, with additional players queued behind them at the starting point for continuous flow
- Equipment: Directional cones marking both sides of the corridor and exit points at both ends, balls for each player in the corridor
Instructions
- The first trio dribbles through the corridor, taking varied touches using different parts of both feet.
- Encourage forward, backward, and sideways movement with the ball.
- Vary touches from multiple to minimal while maintaining ball control.
- Dribble in a zigzag or perform turns at each side.
- Exit corridor, and return to the start.
- Upon returning, perform dribbling moves.
- Repeat, alternating start from both ends of the corridor.

- Maintain close control of the ball

- Keep head up to scan surroundings

- Increase foot speed and acceleration
- Master different dribbling techniques
- Vary dribbling pace and direction

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Narrow the corridor to increase difficulty.
2. Introduce passive defenders to apply pressure.
3. Set a time limit for completing the corridor.
Make it easier:
1. Widen the corridor for easier dribbling.
2. Allow players to carry the ball in hands if struggling with footwork.
3. Start with guided walkthroughs to build confidence.
