- Markers for 25x25 yard area
- Five gates of varying sizes
- Bibs in two different colors
- Two balls, one per team
Setup
- Area: 25x25 yard area marked with markers
- Goals: Five gates of varying sizes set up at different angles within the area
- Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts inside the area with one ball
- Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts inside the area with one ball
- Equipment: Markers marking the 25x25 yard area, five gates of varying sizes positioned at different angles within the area, bibs in red and blue for the two teams
Instructions
- Teams pass and move within the playing area.
- Score a goal by passing the ball through a gate to a teammate.
- Players can dribble, but must pass through a gate to count.
- Encourage creativity in passing, using different techniques and disguises.
- Receiving players should find open spaces, avoiding congested areas.
