Equipment
- Cones/markers for area and halfway line
- 2 mini goals (4-yard wide)
- Balls for play
- Bibs/Jerseys for team identification
Setup
- Area: 30x30 yard area marked with cones, split by a halfway line.
- Goals: One 4-yard-wide goal centred on each end line.
- Team Red: 2 red outfield players, 1 stationed in red's own half and 1 (the Poacher) stationed permanently in blue's half.
- Team Red GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of red's goal.
- Team Blue: 2 blue outfield players, 1 stationed in blue's own half and 1 (the Poacher) stationed permanently in red's half.
- Team Blue GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of blue's goal.
- Equipment: Cones marking the 30x30 yard area and the halfway line, plus posts/cones marking the 4-yard-wide goal at each end.
Instructions
- The goalkeeper begins play by rolling the ball to a teammate.
- Players aim to score by shooting from inside their half or following up for rebounds in the opponent's half.
- Only the designated Poacher is allowed in the opponent's half to score or block shots.
- Teams focus on quick decision-making and quality finishes.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the size of the playing area for increased pressure.
2. Limit time allowed to shoot on goal.
3. Require goals to be scored only on a first touch.
Make it easier:
1. Increase playing area size for more space to maneuver.
2. Allow two players as Poachers in the opposition's half.
3. Permit more than one player in the opposition's half.
