Equipment
- Soccer balls
- Cones to mark the 10x10 meter square and corridor
Setup
- Area: 11x11 yard square marked with cones, with a narrow corridor marked around its outer edge.
- Team Blue: 3 blue outfield players start spaced evenly around the corridor outside the square, passing the ball to each other.
- Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts inside the square as the defender attempting to intercept passes.
- Equipment: Cones marking the corners of the 11x11 yard square, plus additional cones marking the narrow corridor around its outer edge, soccer balls for passing.
Instructions

- The defender inside tries to intercept by blocking passing lanes.

- Rotate roles frequently to maintain engagement.
