Setup
- Area: 30x20 yard area marked with cones
- Goals: One goal or gate centred on each end line
- Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts spaced evenly across the area
- Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts spaced evenly across the area
- Equipment: Cones marking the 30x20 yard area, a goal or gate at each end, footballs for gameplay
Instructions
- Play begins with a regular kickoff.
- Players must pass backward to a teammate before attempting a one-touch finish.
- Encourage midfielders to advance for scoring opportunities.
- Continue play under regular football rules while adhering to the specific drill conditions.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the size of the playing area for more pressure.
2. Limit the number of touches for all players.
3. Introduce a time limit for scoring after gaining possession.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the playing area for more space.
2. Allow two-touch finishes instead of one.
3. Remove the backward-pass requirement temporarily.
