Variations
Make it harder:
1. 1. Reduce the space for small-sided games to challenge control.
2. 2. Introduce time constraints for dribbling activities.
Make it easier:
1. 1. Widen the space for small-sided games to reduce pressure.
2. 2. Allow 'Nemo' to dribble without a defender initially.
