Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Soccer balls
  • Cones for the area boundary and corner triangles
Setup
  1. Area: 16x16 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 4 black players positioned in the centre of the area, each with a ball, and 4 black players positioned one in each corner triangle without a ball
  3. Equipment: Cones marking the boundary of the 16x16 yard area, cones marking a small triangle in each of the 4 corners, extra soccer balls scattered around the area for quick restarts
Instructions
  1. Players in the middle dribble their ball towards any corner and pass to the player waiting there.
  2. Immediately after passing, they receive a return pass.
  3. After receiving, they continue to another corner and repeat the pass and move action.
  4. Players are active for two minutes, then swap roles with players in the corners.
  5. Focus on constant movement, looking to make effective passes and maintaining communication.
