Equipment
- Field markers for 50x30 yard area, end zones, and halfway line
- Footballs
Setup
- Area: 50x30 yard area marked with end zones and a halfway line
- Team Red: 3 red outfield players start lined up on the halfway line with the ball
- Team Blue: 3 blue outfield players start spaced evenly across their own defensive half
- Neutral: 3 black neutral players waiting in the opposite half as potential receivers
- Equipment: Field markers outlining the 50x30 yard area, end zones, and halfway line, plus footballs for the red team
Instructions
- Red team starts by passing to the blue attackers in their half.
- Blue team attempts to advance the ball into the opposite half to find the white team.
- If successful, the white team becomes attackers, blue becomes defenders.
- If the red team wins the ball, they switch roles with the blue team, now attacking.
- Continue the pattern, rotating teams to ensure engagement from all players.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the size of the playing area.
2. Limit the number of touches per player.
3. Add a fourth team to increase rotation speed.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the playing area size.
2. Allow unlimited touches.
3. Assign a neutral player to support attacks in both halves.
