Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones for marking the playing area
  • Balls for each player and the coach
Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 1 grey coach and 1 black player (minimum) each with a ball, lined up together inside the area behind the coach
  3. Coach: 1 grey coach positioned at the front of the line, leading the group
  4. Equipment: Cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area, 1 ball per player and coach
Instructions
  1. Coach leads the group, dribbling in various directions and at varying speeds.
  2. Players follow the coach's movements, mimicking direction and speed changes.
  3. Encourage players to use different parts of the foot to control the ball.
  4. Emphasize maintaining close control and spatial awareness at all times.
Coaching Points
  • Encourage players consistently to boost morale and engagement.
  • Focus on spatial awareness within the playing area.
