Equipment
- Cones or markers to define the playing area
- One ball per player
- One ball for the coach
Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones or markers
- Group: 1 player starts inside the area with a ball, spaced evenly with others
- Coach: 1 grey coach positioned inside the area with a ball
- Equipment: Cones or markers marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area, one ball per player, one ball for the coach
Instructions
- Players dribble within the designated area, attempting to bump their balls into the coach's ball.
- Encourage players to keep their heads up and maintain close control of their balls while navigating the space.
- Each bump on the coach's ball symbolizes 'damage' to the coach's bumper car.
- The aim is to 'break down' the coach's bumper car within a set time limit.
