Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones or markers to define the playing area
  • One ball per player
  • One ball for the coach
Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones or markers
  2. Group: 1 player starts inside the area with a ball, spaced evenly with others
  3. Coach: 1 grey coach positioned inside the area with a ball
  4. Equipment: Cones or markers marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area, one ball per player, one ball for the coach
Instructions
  1. Players dribble within the designated area, attempting to bump their balls into the coach's ball.
  2. Encourage players to keep their heads up and maintain close control of their balls while navigating the space.
  3. Each bump on the coach's ball symbolizes 'damage' to the coach's bumper car.
  4. The aim is to 'break down' the coach's bumper car within a set time limit.
