Instructions

- Stop the ball with control using the foot.
- Carefully leap over the eggs and collect a cone (baby bird).
- Return over the eggs, retrieve the ball, and dribble back to the starting line.

Coaching Points
- Encourage players throughout the drill.
- Promote awareness of space within the area.
- Emphasize close control and different foot parts for dribbling.
- Maintain session enjoyment and ensure it's age-appropriate.
- Allow the game to be the teacher; minimize direct coaching.
- Ensure all players participate actively.
- Encourage variation in ball-moving speeds.
- Focus on close ball control under pressure.
Variations
Make it harder:
1. Increase the number of eggs to leap over.
2. Reduce the size of the playing area for tighter control.
Make it easier:
1. Allow players to slow down and practice leaping without the ball.
2. Decrease the number of eggs to jump over.
