Equipment
- Cones for markers and gates
- Balls for passing
Setup
- Area: 10 yard gap between two groups with a 1 yard gate marked by cones in the centre.
- Team Red: 2 red outfield players (Player 1 and Player 3) lined up together on one side of the gate, 10 yards from Team Blue.
- Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player (Player 2) lined up on the opposite side of the gate, 10 yards from Team Red.
- Neutral: 1 black neutral support player positioned to the side of the practice area, switching sides periodically.
- Equipment: Cones marking the central target, the 1-yard gate, and the boundaries of the practice area; one ball with each group to start the passing sequence.
Instructions
- Player 1 passes through the gate to Player 2.
- Player 2 passes to the support player, receives a wall pass back.
- Player 2 returns the ball through the gate to Player 3.
- Each passer runs in an arc around a central cone after passing.
- The drill continues with players rotating roles.
- Switch the support player's side regularly to practice both feet.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the width of the target gate.
2. Increase the passing distance.
3. Require one-touch passes where possible.
Make it easier:
1. Widen the target gate.
2. Decrease the passing distance.
3. Allow more than two touches per player.
