- Footballs
Setup
- Area: 35x35 yard area marked with cones
- Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts near their own castle in one corner of the area
- Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts near their own castle in the opposite corner of the area
- Equipment: Cones marking the 35x35 yard boundary, one cone-and-football castle set up for each team in their own corner, and several footballs placed in the centre of the playing area
Instructions
- Teams protect their own castle while trying to knock balls off opposing teams' cones.
- Players can collect footballs from the center to attack other castles.
- The last team with an intact castle wins, or points are tallied based on remaining balls after a set time.
- Rotate teams regularly.
Coaching Points
- Focus on close ball control.
- Make effective decisions on dribbling, passing, and shooting.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Increase the playing area size.
2. Use only one ball for attack, making decision-making critical.
Make it easier:
1. Use fewer balls in the center to reduce pressure.
2. Decrease the playing area for easier ball retrieval.
3. Allow teams to start with one extra ball in their possession.
