Setup
  1. Area: No fixed dimensions; open space in front of goal kept clear for goalkeeper movement and distribution.
  2. Goals: One goal, with the goalkeeper starting on its goal line.
  3. Team Red GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line, ready to collect crosses.
  4. Coach: 1 grey coach positioned at crossing distance from the goal with multiple balls ready to serve.
  5. Equipment: Multiple soccer balls at the coach's serving position; three clearly marked targets placed at varying distances from the goal for distribution practice.
Instructions
  1. ["1. Coach serves a high ball towards the goalkeeper, signaling a target number.","2. Goalkeeper catches the ball at its highest point using proper jumping and stance technique.","3. Variations
Make it harder:

2. 2. Allow the goalkeeper more time to prepare before the coach's serve.
3. 3. Use an underhand throw from the coach for softer, easier catches.
