- 4 small goals
- Size 5 soccer balls
Setup

- Equipment: Cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area, 4 small goals positioned in pairs on each end line
Instructions
- On the coach’s signal, the first player from each group sprints around their respective goal into the playing area.
- The coach plays a ball to the designated attacker (e.g., the red player).
- The attacker attempts to dribble past the defender to score in either of the two goals.
- If the defender wins the ball, they can counter-attack towards the opposite goals.
- Rotate players after each goal or when the ball is out of play.
Coaching Points
- Maintain close control of the ball
- Decide when and where to dribble
- Use disguise to fool the opponent
- Choose the best action: pass, shoot, dribble, or shield
- Keep head up for better field awareness

- Accelerate when appropriate
- Protect the ball effectively

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the playing area to increase defensive pressure.
2. Limit the dribbler's touches to encourage quick decision-making.
3. Add a time limit for scoring.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the size of the playing area to allow more space.
2. Use one goal instead of two to simplify decision-making.
3. Allow the attacker to start with the ball instead of receiving it.
