Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Soccer balls
  • Cones for boundary marking and quadrant divisions
Setup
  1. Area: 40x20 yard area marked with cones, divided into four quadrants with a 5-yard square at each corner
  2. Goals: No goals; each team scores by dribbling the ball into their two assigned opposite 5-yard corner squares to stop it there
  3. Team Red: 4 red outfield players start spaced evenly across the playing area
  4. Team Blue: 4 blue outfield players start spaced evenly across the playing area
  5. Coach: 1 grey coach positioned on the sideline holding a supply of balls for restarts
  6. Equipment: Cones marking the 40x20 yard boundary, cones marking a 5-yard square target zone in each of the four corners, soccer balls held by the coach for restarts
Instructions
  1. Start the game by feeding the ball to one team.
  2. Teams aim to dribble into their designated target squares to stop the ball and score.
  3. If the defending team wins possession, they transition quickly to attack the opposite end.
  4. Restart play with the other team when a score is made or the ball exits the field.
  5. Encourage frequent ball movement and exploiting space.
