Equipment
- 4 central markers
- Balls, one per player
- Cones to outline a 10x10 area
Setup
- Area: 10x10 yard area marked with cones
- Group: 4 red outfield players, one positioned at each corner of the area with a ball
- Equipment: 4 central markers placed in the middle of the area, cones marking the corners and boundary of the 10x10 area
Instructions
- Players begin by dribbling from their corner to the central marker.
- Upon reaching the center, players execute a turn.
- Players then dribble back to their starting corner.
- As soon as a player returns, the next player starts.
- Allow players to choose or specify a turning technique.
Coaching Points
- Focus on first touch quality.
- Execute precise and effective turns.
- Accelerate quickly after turning.
- Maintain close ball control.
- Use disguise to mislead opponents.
- Keep your head up to scan the area.
- Time movements relative to opponents' positions.
- Practice various turning techniques regularly.
- Strive for speed and fluency.
- Develop small, quick touches for better control.
- Encourage positive decision-making and execution.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the area size to increase difficulty.
2. Specify a complex turn like a Cruyff turn or Maradona.
3. Add passive defenders near the central marker.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the area size for more space.
2. Allow players to complete simpler turns, like a basic pivot.
3. Have players practice individually before group rotations.
