Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • 10 cones for team targets
  • Additional cones for boundary marking
Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard area
  2. Team Red: 1 red outfield player starting at one end of the area defending their 5 cones
  3. Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starting at the opposite end of the area defending their 5 cones
  4. Equipment: 5 cones set up along each end line as targets for each team (10 total), plus additional cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area boundary
Instructions
  1. Teams aim to knock over opposing team's cones by passing the ball.
  2. If a player knocks over a cone, they run a lap around the area and reset the cone.
  3. The opposing team uses the temporary advantage to exploit space.
  4. Continue for a set time; the team with the most cones knocked wins.
