Equipment
- Cones to set up the main area and separate into zones
- Balls, one per team
- Bibs in three colors for team distinction
Setup
- Area: 40x30 yard area marked with cones and divided into nine equal zones (approx 13x10 yards each)
- Team Red: 2 red outfield players start spaced across the zones, passing only among themselves
- Team Blue: 2 blue outfield players start spaced across the zones, passing only among themselves
- Neutral: 2 black outfield players start spaced across the zones, passing only among themselves as a third group
- Equipment: cones marking the outer area boundary and the nine internal zone divisions, 1 ball per group (red, blue, black), bibs in red, blue and black for group distinction
Instructions
- Players pass the ball within their teams while moving through the zones.
- Players must avoid being in the same zone as their teammates.
- Upon receiving the ball, a player must take it into a new zone with their first touch.
- Encourage rapid passing and movement to evade imaginary defenders.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the size of the zones to increase difficulty.
2. Assign defensive players to intercept passes.
3. Implement a time limit for each round.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the size of the zones to allow more space.
2. Permit more than one player per zone.
3. Allow multiple touches before moving to a new zone.
