Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Goal
  • At least four balls
  • Cones/markers for the playing area
Setup
  1. Area: 30x25 yard area marked with cones, size adjustable based on players' skill level
  2. Goals: One goal at one end of the area
  3. Team Red: 4 red outfield players start as the defending team inside the area
  4. Team Red GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the goal
  5. Team Blue: 4 blue outfield players start as the attacking team inside the area
  6. Neutral: 4 black players spaced evenly around the perimeter of the area, each starting with a ball to serve as attack triggers
  7. Equipment: 4 balls (one held by each neutral player), cones marking the corners of the 30x25 yard area
Instructions
  1. Green players initiate by passing a ball to the red team.
  2. The attacking team aims to score swiftly using effective shooting techniques.
  3. The defensive team tries to intercept and clear the ball out of play.
  4. Repeat until red team has attempted with all four balls.
  5. Rotate roles between teams after each cycle.
Coaching Points
  • Encourage positive play and communication.
  • Maintain a good first touch and keep your head up.
  • Ensure quality passing and finishing.
  • Utilize both feet effectively.
  • Position with proper angles and distance for support.
  • Aim to hit the target consistently.
  • Create unpredictability in play.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Decrease the playing area size to increase pressure.
2. Add an additional defender to increase defensive challenge.
3. Limit time for attackers to score to promote quicker decision making.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the playing area size for more space.
2. Remove a defender to reduce pressure on attackers.
3. Allow more time for attackers to execute their moves.
