Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard grid marked with cones
  2. Group: 4 red outfield players positioned one at each corner of the grid, evenly spaced along each side, with Player 1 starting with the ball at one corner
  3. Equipment: Cones marking the four corners of the 20x20 yard grid, 1 ball
Instructions
  1. Player 1 passes to Player 3 diagonally opposite.
  2. Player 3 lays the ball off for Player 2, who spins to receive.
  3. Player 2 receives, then passes to Player 4.
  4. Players follow their pass to the next station, maintaining high intensity.
  5. Repeat the sequence, ensuring quick movements and precise passes.

  • Communicate effectively with teammates.
  • Maintain optimal angles and distances for support.
  • Ensure a quality first touch.
  • Keep your head up to observe options.
  • Pass the ball into space with proper pace.
  • Time your movements and passes appropriately.
  • Adapt body shape for better control and passing.
  • Move quickly to offer support after passing.
Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the size of the playing area.
2. Increase the number of consecutive passes required.
3. Introduce a defender to apply pressure.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the grid size to allow more space.
2. Allow two-touch play for better control.
3. Remove one player from rotation, allowing more time to pass.
