Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Markers
  • Small cones
  • Soccer balls
Setup
  1. Area: 15 yard line with markers at each end and a small cone at the midpoint
  2. Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player (attacker) starts at the center cone
  3. Team Red: 1 red outfield player (defender) starts on the line opposite the attacker
  4. Equipment: 2 markers placed 15 yards apart marking the endpoints, 1 small cone at the midpoint, 1 soccer ball per pair
Instructions
  1. The attacker dribbles sideways, attempting to sprint and stop the ball on the endpoint marker.
  2. The defender mirrors the attacker's movements, trying to reach the endpoint before the attacker.
  3. Attacker scores a point if they reach the endpoint first, otherwise the defender scores.
