Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
- Balls
- Cones for boundaries and marked areas
Setup
- Area: 20x15 yard channel marked with cones, divided by a halfway line
- Team Red: 2 red outfield players start lined up at one end of the channel, each with a ball
- Team Blue: 2 blue outfield players start lined up at the opposite end of the channel, each with a ball
- Equipment: Cones marking the four corners and boundaries of the area, plus cones marking the halfway line
Instructions
- One team starts by passing the ball towards the opposite end.
- As the ball crosses the halfway line, the passing team transitions to defense.
- Both teams aim to send a through ball for their partner to run onto before it crosses the end line.
- The receiving partner must reach the ball no more than 10 yards from the end line.
- If the ball exits over the sideline, restart play with a pass or dribble.
- Enforce the offside rule for realism and rotate teams every few minutes.
