Instructions
- Begin with two players from each team, Team A passing to Team B.
- The receiving players become attackers; the passers become defenders.
- Attackers aim for the opposite goal; defenders aim to stop them.
- If defenders win the ball, they counter and attack their assigned goal.
- Reset and repeat with different players after each play.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the playing area to increase pressure.
2. Limit touch count for attackers.
3. Require defenders to win possession and complete a pass before countering.
Make it easier:
1. Increase playing area for more space.
2. Allow defenders an extra player for a 3v2 advantage.
3. Permit attacking players more touches.
