Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Enough cones to outline and fill grid
  • One ball per player
Setup
  1. Area: 22x22 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 1 black player starts with a ball at their feet inside the grid
  3. Equipment: Cones marking the four corners and edges of the 22x22 yard grid, plus additional cones scattered randomly within the grid as obstacles
Instructions
  1. Players dribble their ball around the area, avoiding cones.
  2. Keep the ball close and maintain control.
  3. On the coach's command, players stop instantly and hold position.
  4. Emphasize creativity while dribbling, using different parts of the foot.
