Equipment
  • Balls
  • Cones for marking the playing area
Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 1 player with a ball, spaced evenly across the area
  3. Equipment: Cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area, balls with each player
Instructions
  1. Players dribble balls while maintaining close control within the defined area.
  2. Follow the coach's actions and perform movements like left foot taps, right foot taps, or knee on ball.
  3. Resume dribbling after each instruction, ensuring control.

  • Maintain close ball control throughout.
  • Ensure players are aware of their surroundings.
