Equipment
  • Cones
  • Ball
Setup
  1. Area: 22x11 yard area marked with cones, divided into two equal halves by a central line of cones
  2. Team Blue: 4 blue outfield players start with 3 positioned in one half acting as attackers and 1 positioned in the opposite half as the open receiver
  3. Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts inside the same half as the 3 attackers, acting as the defender
  4. Equipment: Cones marking the four corners of the 22x11 yard area and additional cones marking the central line dividing the area into two equal halves
Instructions
  1. The attackers aim to maintain possession and pass to the open receiver on the opposite side.
  2. Once the ball is passed successfully, 2 attackers move to the other half to support the receiver.
  3. The third attacker stays behind, and the side now has a new 3v1 situation.

  5. The player who loses the ball swaps roles with the defender.
