Setup
- Area: 60x40 yard area marked with cones
- Goals: One goal centred on each end line
- Team Red: 5 red outfield players start spaced evenly across their own half
- Team Red GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the red team's goal
- Team Blue: 5 blue outfield players start spaced evenly across their own half
- Team Blue GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the blue team's goal
- Neutral: 2 black neutral wingers, one positioned on each sideline of the area
- Equipment: Cones marking the corners and boundaries of the 60x40 area, 2 goals on the end lines, footballs for play
Instructions
- Begin the game with a 5v5 setup with goalkeepers and neutral wingers.
- Encourage teams to use the neutral wingers to create wide attacks.
- Goalkeepers should start attacks quickly, utilizing varied distribution methods.
- Goalkeepers can initiate plays by passing long balls to the neutral wingers.

- Goalkeepers should decide and act quickly.
- Maintain balance during distribution.

3. Require the goalkeeper to start attacks only with a long ball.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the playing area to allow more space.
2. Allow neutral wingers unlimited touches.
3. Permit goalkeepers to use hands to start play with throws only.
