Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • 10+ Balls
  • 4 Cones (to define the grid)
Setup
  1. Area: 35x35 yard grid marked with cones
  2. Group: 3 red outfield players - 2 paired players sharing one ball positioned near the centre of the grid, and 1 remaining player positioned elsewhere in the grid with their own ball
  3. Equipment: 4 cones marking the corners of the 35x35 yard grid, 2 balls total (1 shared by the paired players near the centre, 1 for the remaining player)
Instructions
  1. Players in possession dribble freely within the grid.
  2. The paired players execute passes while navigating through the dribbling players.
  3. Ensure the pair avoids collisions by passing accurately and moving efficiently.
  4. Rotate roles regularly to give all players a chance to pass and dribble.
Coaching Points
  • Use laces for effective ball movement.
  • Keep the ball close with minimal touches.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates.
