Setup
  1. Area: 30x40 yard rectangular area marked with cones
  2. Group GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper starting at the start point within the area, facing the receiving player at the opposite end
  3. Neutral: 2 black players, one server positioned at the start point next to the goalkeeper with the supply of balls and one receiving player positioned opposite at the far end of the area
  4. Equipment: 4 cones marking the corners of the rectangular area, several balls placed with the server at the start point
Instructions
  1. The server passes the ball to the goalkeeper.
  2. The goalkeeper takes the first touch on the foot furthest from the receiver, moving the ball across their body.
  3. Open the body to deliver a long pass to the receiver using the opposite foot.
  4. Upon receiving the ball back from the opposite player, the goalkeeper moves back across the area and repeats the process.
