Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones to outline the playing area and end zones
  • Two sets of different colored cones for the drill
  • A football for each attacking player
Setup
  1. Area: 30x30 yard playing area with a 5-yard end zone at each end
  2. Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts in the end zone containing the colored cones, in possession of a ball
  3. Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts in the end zone containing the colored cones, in possession of a ball
  4. Neutral: 1 black defending player positioned in the central 30x30 area to tag attackers as they dribble across
  5. Equipment: cones marking the corners and lines of the 30x30 area and both 5-yard end zones, plus two sets of differently colored cones placed together in one end zone for the attacking teams to transfer
Instructions
  1. Attacking teams aim to transfer their designated colored cones to the opposite end zone.
  2. Players can only move one cone at a time and must maintain control of their ball while dribbling.
  3. Defenders attempt to tag attackers; tagged players are frozen for five seconds.
  4. The first team to transfer all cones to the other end zone wins.
  5. Rotate roles after each round.
