Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones or poles
  • Multiple footballs
Setup
  1. Area: 25x20 yard area marked with cones or poles
  2. Goals: One goal made of cones or poles centred on each of the two end lines
  3. Team Red: 1 red outfield player starts inside the area, positioned to defend their own end goal
  4. Team Blue: 1 blue outfield player starts inside the area, positioned to defend their own end goal
  5. Equipment: Cones or poles marking the four corners of the area and forming a goal at each end line, multiple footballs distributed around the field for quick restarts
Instructions
  1. Teams aim to score by dribbling or passing through either of the two goals they attack.
  2. When a team scores, they retreat, allowing the other team to initiate from the goal line.
  3. Restart play by passing in when the ball exits the field, eliminating throw-ins.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Reduce the playing area size to increase pressure.
2. Increase the number of players on each team to intensify competition.
3. Limit the number of touches a player can take before passing.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the size of the playing area for more space.
2. Decrease the number of players to reduce pressure.
3. Allow players unlimited touches to enhance control.
