- Cones to form four 2-yard wide goals (two flat, two angled)
- Soccer balls
Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
- Goals: Four 2-yard wide cone goals positioned around the area, two flat goals and two angled goals
- Team Red: 1 red defender starts on one side of the area holding a ball, ready to pass
- Team Blue: 2 blue attackers start on the opposite side of the area without balls, ready to receive the pass
- Equipment: Cones forming four 2-yard wide goals (two flat, two angled) spaced around the perimeter of the 20x20 area, soccer balls with each defender
Instructions
- A defender passes the ball to an attacker.
- The attacker must beat the defender and dribble through an angled goal.
- If the defender wins the ball, they attempt to dribble through a flat goal.
- If the ball exits the play area, the next attacker replaces the current one.
- Rotate teams after two minutes, aiming to score as many goals as possible during their turns.
Coaching Points

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Decrease the size of the practice area to increase difficulty.
2. Add an additional defender to create a 2v2 scenario.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the practice area to allow more space for attackers.
2. Allow attackers to start with the ball to eliminate the passing element.
3. Use a neutral player to assist attackers in creating overloads.
