Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard square area marked with a cone at each corner
- Group: 1 player positioned at the midpoint of one side of the square, facing the cones
- Equipment: 4 cones, each a different color, marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area
Instructions
- The coach calls out a color, and players sprint to the corresponding cone.
- Calls can be mixed, such as stuttering or a fake color to challenge focus.
- Players return to the starting position after reaching the cone.
- Repeat with varied calls to keep the players engaged.
Coaching Points
- Encourage player enthusiasm and engagement

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Increase the square size to enhance physical demand
2. Add a ball for each player to dribble while running
3. Incorporate multiple color calls for sequence sprints
Make it easier:
1. Reduce the square area to lessen distance
2. Allow a walk instead of sprint for younger players
3. Use a single color call until players are comfortable
