Equipment
- Balls
- Cones (or similar markers for the playing area)
Setup
- Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones, adjusted for player count
- Group: 1 red outfield player (minimum, scalable to more) spaced evenly across the area, each with a ball
- Equipment: Cones marking the corners/perimeter of the 20x20 yard area, 1 ball per player
Instructions
- Players dribble the ball within the area, using both feet.
- Encourage them to mimic mowing the grass and make mowing noises for fun.
- Gather players to reflect on the 'mowed' areas, highlighting untouched spaces.
- Discuss spatial awareness and encourage them to explore those spaces.
- Resume dribbling, focusing on control and exploring new areas.

2. Allow dribbling with preferred foot only.
3. Remove the requirement for mowing noises.
