Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Soccer balls
  • One full-size goal
  • Cones for marking the area
Setup
  1. Area: 40x45 yard area marked with cones
  2. Goals: One large goal centred on one end line
  3. Team Red: 1 red outfield player (defender) starts inside the area, positioned centrally to engage as the ball is played to the attackers
  4. Team Red GK: 1 yellow goalkeeper positioned on the goal line of the goal
  5. Team Blue: 3 blue outfield players start inside the area, one on the end line opposite the goal in possession of the ball and the other two spaced across the middle of the area
  6. Equipment: Cones marking the corners and edges of the 40x45 yard area, soccer balls at the end line for the attacker in possession
Instructions
  1. The end line attacker passes to the furthest middle attacker.
  2. The receiving attacker uses one or two touches to set up the other middle attacker for a shot.
  3. The defender engages as the ball travels to challenge the attackers.
  4. Attackers aim to score at game speed.
  5. Rotate roles among players and repeat from both sides.

Variations
