- Equipment: Cones marking the 20x20 yard boundary, multiple balls placed in the center of the area, and cones or mini goals marking a 5-yard square in each of the two diagonal corners
Instructions
- On the coach's signal, one player from each group runs to the center to collect a ball.
- Players dribble the ball back to their starting corner.
- Once a player puts the ball in their square/goal, the next player goes.
- Continue until all balls are collected, or a set time elapses.
- Tally the balls; the fewer balls, the hungrier the group.

Variations
Make it harder:
1. Decrease the space of the playing area.
2. Allocate only one foot for dribbling.
3. Introduce defenders to intercept or challenge players.
Make it easier:
1. Increase the size of the playing area.
2. Allow players to use both feet freely for dribbling.
3. Remove mini goals and use only the squares for simplicity.
