Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Cones
  • Soccer balls (one per player)
Setup
  1. Area: 20x20 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 2 black players spaced evenly throughout the area, each with a ball, dribbling freely
  3. Equipment: Cones marking the corners of the 20x20 yard area, soccer balls (one per player)
Instructions
  1. Players dribble freely within the area, focusing on ball control.
  2. On the coach's command, players pair up and perform either a high five, jumping high five, or a low five while continuing to dribble.
  3. Encourage constant movement and interaction, varying the high-five styles as needed.
  4. Emphasize maintaining dribbling technique and spatial awareness.

Variations

2. Remove the dribbling motion and have players walk with the ball for beginners.
