Equipment, Setup & Instructions
Equipment
  • Balls
  • Cones
Setup
  1. Area: 22x16 yard area marked with cones
  2. Group: 6 players lined up in a single file inside the area, ordered by passing ability with better passers forming the longer end of the line, one player at the very front holding the ball and one player at the very back, the remaining players positioned between them with legs straddled to form a tunnel
  3. Equipment: Cones marking the four corners of the 22x16 yard area, 1 ball starting with the front player in the line
Instructions
  1. The front player passes the ball through the tunnel to the player at the back.
  2. The first player then joins the start of the tunnel.
  3. The last player dribbles to the front of the line.
  4. The next player at the back receives the ball and repeats the sequence.
  5. Continue until each player has passed through the line.
