What is FootballDrillHub?
FootballDrillHub is a tool for building and organising real football (soccer) training drills in one place — not a chatbot generating generic drills on the fly. Coaches can turn a whiteboard sketch into a clean diagram, describe a drill in plain English, or build one from scratch, then save it to a searchable library. The drills already in the community library are real drills from real coaches' training grounds, not generic filler.
How do I create a football drill?
Use the drag-and-drop drill builder to place players, cones, balls, and goals exactly how you want them, describe the drill in plain English and get the diagram generated for you, or upload a photo of a whiteboard or paper drill and have it converted automatically. All three methods are available from the homepage and the drill builder.
Can I turn a photo of a whiteboard drill into a diagram?
Yes. Take a photo of a whiteboard sketch and FootballDrillHub reconstructs it as a clean, editable tactical diagram, ready to edit, brand, and share.
Can I scan in a paper drill?
Yes. Alongside whiteboard photos, you can upload a photo or scan of a printed handout or coaching book page (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, or PDF, up to 10MB) and we'll turn it into a clean, editable diagram — the same import path as a whiteboard photo.
Can I use a drill from another website?
You can use another drill as inspiration or a starting point for your own session, but you shouldn't upload or reproduce someone else's copyrighted material (from a paid course, a book, or another platform) as your own. FootballDrillHub is built for creating and organising your own drills — the responsibility for having the right to use any content you import sits with you.
Is FootballDrillHub free to use?
Yes. Browsing the library and creating a handful of drills and sessions is free. A paid plan unlocks up to 100 drills a year, unlimited session creation, publishing sessions to the library, and club branding on shared drills.
How many drills can I create for free?
Free accounts can create 5 drills total, however you build them — manually, from a photo or video import, or by describing them. Premium accounts can create up to 100 drills a year.
Where can I find free football/soccer drills?
FootballDrillHub's community library is free to browse and search, filterable by category, age group, and phase of play — no account required to view a drill.
How do I share a drill with my team or players?
Every drill has a shareable link built for pasting straight into WhatsApp or email — no app download required for the person you send it to.
Can I build a full training session, not just a single drill?
Yes. The session builder lets you assemble multiple drills into an ordered training plan, which can then be shared the same way as an individual drill.
Do I need an account to browse drills?
No. The community library and individual drill pages are open to everyone. An account is only needed to save a drill, build a session, or use the drill builder beyond a single session.
What age groups are the drills suitable for?
Drills cover the full range from grassroots youth (U6 and up) through academy and adult football, tagged by age group so you can filter the library to what fits your squad.
Is it available as a mobile app?
FootballDrillHub is a Progressive Web App (PWA) rather than a native App Store/Play Store app. Add it to your phone’s home screen from your mobile browser (Chrome’s "Install app" or Safari’s "Add to Home Screen") for a full-screen, app-like experience — no download or app store required.
